Fiffy Sdn. Bhd. in Masai, Johor is seeking an organised Operation Executive (Warehouse) to join our warehousing and distribution team.

This full-time role oversees daily operations, SOPs, and data reporting to keep order processing and inventories running smoothly. You will collaborate with KL and KK branches, manage cost controls, and support staff training while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years in warehousing or logistics
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in WMS and inventory control software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English & CN (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse, billing and logistics operations
• Ensure accurate processing of orders, deliveries and stock movement across all divisions
• Assist in establishing and enforcing SOPs and monitor compliance
• Analyze operational data and generate regular reports on performance and manpower
• Monitor KPIs and support long-term operational strategies
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for operations
• Coordinate with KL and KK branches to align procedures
• Maintain accurate records for billing, stock, returns and rework
