Job summary

EASUN ENGINEERING SDN. BHD is seeking a Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment at customer sites across multiple industries. You will gain hands-on experience with diverse technologies while developing your technical and customer-facing skills.

Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics is required, with 1–3 years of relevant service engineering experience. Travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics required.
• 1–3 years of service engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with PLC, automation, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Fresh graduates with strong engineering interest are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Attend to customer service and breakdown requests.
• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
• Provide operation and safety guidance to customers.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and sales teams.
• Support equipment testing, upgrades, and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
