DXC Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites enthusiastic students to join its Network Engineering team as interns. This hands-on role offers experience in managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across data center and enterprise environments.

You will work with experienced engineers on network design, troubleshooting, monitoring and infrastructure projects, including exposure to F5 Load Balancer. Must be currently enrolled in a computer-related degree or diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a computer-related degree or diploma program.
• Gain real-world experience managing enterprise network infrastructure.
• Work with experienced engineers on design, troubleshooting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• A Level 1 Technician handles workflow and escalations for tickets and problems.
• Engage vendor and field services as needed.
• Investigate, diagnose and validate incidents on contact.
