You will assist with daily engineering and production activities, maintenance and troubleshooting, process improvement, and document preparation, while learning how ERP systems, ISO-related programs, and

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing or related).
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with daily engineering and production activities.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Assist with process improvement and production optimisation.
• Conduct site inspections and basic technical assessments.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and drawings.
• Assist with ERP data entry and production records.
• Support quality, safety, environmental, and ISO-related activities.
• Assist with testing and quality checks.
• Work with different departments to support daily operations.
• Perform other engineering-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
