Lee's Frozen Food Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Halal Executive to ensure Halal compliance across products, ingredients, and processes within a fast-moving food environment.

You will maintain Halal certifications, coordinate with JAKIM and other authorities, and manage the Halal Assurance System to ensure Halal integrity throughout the supply chain. You will lead internal Halal audits, train staff, and collaborate with R&D and procurement to ensure Halal-certified ingredients are used in new

Competenze

• Experience with Halal compliance in FMCG or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS 1500 and MPPHM standards.
• Ability to liaise with JAKIM/JAIN and other bodies.

Mansioni

• Ensure all products, ingredients, and processes comply with MPPhM and Standards Malaysia MS 1500.
• Coordinate new Halal certification applications, renewals, and extensions with JAKIM/JAIN/other bodies.
• Maintain and update the Halal Assurance System (HAS) and related documentation.
• Conduct internal Halal audits and prepare for external audits.
• Monitor Halal compliance in production lines, storage, transportation, and handling procedures.
• Address non-compliance issues and propose corrective action plans.
• Serve as liaison with Halal authorities, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Manage Halal-related documentation including Halal certificates and Sijil Halal Malaysia.
• Prepare Halal files for inspection and keep them up to date.
• Organise Halal awareness training for staff.
• Review and approve new ingredients from a Halal perspective before launch.
• Work with R&D and procurement to ensure Halal-certified ingredients.
