Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Consultant to join our growing fitness team. You will help potential members discover the right membership and fitness solutions for their goals, handle inquiries via walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp and social media, and conduct gym tours.

This role rewards a confident, outgoing individual with strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus, but not essential.
• Confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking with people.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, positive and target-oriented.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer applications.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and social media leads
• Conduct gym tours and introduce potential members to our facilities and classes
• Understand customers' fitness goals and recommend suitable memberships, classes or personal training
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into memberships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain good relationships with existing members and encourage membership renewals
• Assist with membership promotions, events and gym activities
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Work closely with the operations and marketing team to support sales campaigns
