Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and lead group fitness classes across various modalities (e.g., strength training, HIIT, martial arts, cycling).
• Create a welcoming environment for all participants and ensure they feel supported.
• Foster brand awareness in local communities beyond gym activities.
• Demonstrate correct form and technique to prevent injuries.
• Adapt exercises for members of all fitness levels and with specific needs.
• Build relationships with members, learn their goals and fitness levels.
• Keep energy high with motivation, music, and engagement.
• Regularly assess and adjust workouts to meet evolving trends and needs.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and care of equipment; clean space before/after classes.
• Promote health and wellness by educating members on fitness and nutrition.
• Foster a sense of community among participants and aid retention.
• Collaborate with other trainers to improve programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fitness area.
• Demonstrate exercises and lead workouts requiring stamina and strength.
• Lift or move gym equipment as needed.
• Teach high-energy classes for extended periods (up to an hour or more).

Helios Fitness is a BFT franchise located in Sri Hartamas. We’re expanding our team and looking for passionate Fitness Coach to join us in delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members.

• Design and lead group fitness classes with different modalities (e.g., strength training, HIIT, martial arts, cycling, or other specialized workouts) that accommodate various fitness levels.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants, ensuring they feel supported.
• Foster awareness and promote interest in brand within local areas and communities, outside of gym activities.
• Demonstrate correct form and technique for exercises and ensure participants maintain proper form to avoid injury.
• Adapt exercises to accommodate members of all fitness levels and those with specific needs or injuries.
• Build relationships with members, learning their names, goals, and fitness levels to provide a personalized group experience.
• Keep energy high throughout the class, using motivation, music, and engagement to ensure a positive atmosphere.
• Regularly assess and adjust workouts to meet evolving trends and individual needs of participants.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and care of fitness equipment, and clean the workout space and equipment before and after each class.
• Promote health and wellness by educating members on fitness, exercise, and nutrition.
• Foster a sense of community among class participants, building strong relationships and promoting retention.
• Collaborate with other trainers and fitness staff to improve program offerings and member experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fitness area before and after each class.
• Demonstrate exercises and lead workouts that require physical stamina and strength.
• Lift or move gym equipment (weights, kettlebells, bikes, etc.).
• Teaching high-energy classes for extended periods (up to an hour or more).
