The Role

Provides exceptional guest service by handling check-ins and check-outs, assisting with guest enquiries and reservations, coordinating with other departments and ensuring a smooth and memorable guest experience while maintaining hotel service standards.

Talent Profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Pleasant personality and good customer service skills
• Previous experience in a hotel front office is preferred
• Good command of English; additional language are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as a team player
