Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, is seeking a Non-Management Security/Loss Prevention professional for a full-time on-site role. You will patrol areas, monitor security systems, and assist guests, while handling incidents and maintaining order across the property.

The position requires readiness to respond to emergencies, complete reports, and uphold confidentiality and company policies. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all hotel areas and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms, and life safety systems.
• Respond to accidents and emergencies and contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the property and maintain orderly operations.
• Complete incident reports to document Security/Loss Prevention incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security and property reports/documents.
