Job summary

YTL Hotels in Johor Bahru invites applications for an Assistant Executive Lounge Manager to support the Executive Lounge Manager in daily operations and guest service excellence.

You will lead the Lounge team, ensure smooth service, train staff, and uphold brand standards across the lounge and related areas.

This role requires hospitality experience, strong people skills, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends; Malaysian citizens only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality operations, ideally in hotels.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in fast-paced settings.
• Familiar with Opera and Symphony property mgmt systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Malaysian citizens only.
