Job summary

Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara is seeking Hosts to welcome guests at the restaurant, manage reservations, take orders and resolve queries promptly while upholding Hyatt’s high standards. The role is the first point of contact for dinner guests, requiring a friendly, detail‑oriented personality and teamwork.

Candidates with hospitality experience and English fluency are preferred; local language skills are helpful and additional languages (Japanese/Korean/Chinese) are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school certificate, diploma or degree in Culinary / Catering / Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in hotels/restaurants is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; local language skills helpful; Japanese/Korean/Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and be the first point of contact at the restaurant.
• Assist with reservations and take food orders.
• Attend to guest queries or issues promptly while maintaining Hyatt's service standards.
• Ensure guests feel welcomed and at home, delivering outstanding customer experience.
