Job summary

REN’S Tea & Dining is seeking motivated Service Crew to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will greet customers, take and serve orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain a clean dining area while upholding SOPs and safety standards. Previous experience is not required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and equipment.
• Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints professionally.
• Operate POS system and handle payments responsibly.
• Assist in daily opening and closing operations.
• Adhere to SOPs, food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth operations.
