Job summary

EMPAT SEKAWAN is seeking Service Crew and Baristas to join our team in Malaysia. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare beverages following our recipes and standards in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Applicants with F&B or café experience are preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided. Strong Malay and English communication is required, with Mandarin as an added advantage. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

Experience in F&B or café is an advantage; training will be provided.
Strong communication in Malay and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
A team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic.

Responsibilities

Serve and greet customers in a warm, professional, and attentive manner.
Take orders accurately and assist with menu enquiries.
Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following our recipes and standards.
Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, and flavour at all times.
Manage customer feedback professionally and ensure a positive dining experience.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and service team for smooth daily operations.
Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
