Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking motivated restaurant staff in Petaling Jaya to greet customers, take orders, and prepare food and beverages to company standards.

You will maintain clean dining areas, handle inquiries and payments, support the team during busy periods, and assist with opening and closing duties. Training will be provided, and previous F&B experience is an advantage. This position requires a positive attitude, good communication, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• F&B experience is an advantage but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure tables, dining areas and service stations are clean and well maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Assist with cashier and payment transactions when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
