Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a professional Bartender to deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to our guests, creating memorable experiences at the bar. The Bartender will support the bar's efficient operation by providing courteous beverage service and serving drinks to established standards.

You will help maintain bar operations, product quality, cleanliness, and inventory control, contributing to high guest satisfaction and outlet performance.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Work experience in Bar or hotel F&B operations are essential.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to guests while creating memorable experiences at the assigned outlet.
• Support the efficient operation of the bar by providing professional, courteous, and engaging beverage service.
