Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the F&B.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a focus on providing high-quality service to customers.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and Ramadhan month.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter and assist with seating arrangements.
• Provide menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, or promotions.
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen or bar staff promptly.
• Manage reservations and seating plans, confirm bookings, and prepare seating.
• Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely service for reserved tables.
• Set up and arrange tables and chairs, keep area clean and presentable.
• Monitor tables during service and reset after customers depart.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining dining area cleanliness.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests promptly and professionally.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide attentive service to enhance dining experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and report hazards to supervision.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bartenders, and floor staff for seamless service.
