Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a consumer electronics company in Damansara Utama (Petaling Jaya) and is hiring a GTM Specialist to lead end-to-end product launches. The role requires coordinating with Product, Sales, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, and Operations to ensure successful market introductions.

You will develop launch timelines, pricing, positioning, sales kits, FAQs, and training materials, and collaborate with Marketing to execute ATL, BTL, digital, social, influencer, and retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, trade marketing, brand marketing, project management, or product management.
• Experience in consumer electronics/IT/ mobile devices/ technology is highly preferred.

Company Background:

We are representing a consumer electronics company with their officebased locally in Damansara Utama (Petaling Jaya). As the team is expanding, we are looking for GTM Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, and Operations teams to ensure smooth product launches.
• Develop GTM timelines, launch checklists, and cross-functional execution plans.
• Prepare product launch materials including pricing, product positioning, sales kits, FAQs, training materials, and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer, and retail campaigns.
• Work with Sales teams to ensure product readiness across distributors, dealers, retailers, and online platforms.
• Monitor product launch performance, sales achievement, campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate product training sessions for internal teams and channel partners.

Job Requirements:

• MinimumBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Project Management, or Product Management.
• Experience in the Consumer Electronics, IT, Mobile Phone, Smart Devices, Gadgets, or Technology industry is highly preferred.
