Job summary

EPOS is hiring an individual contributor in Malaysia to own lead generation, data enrichment and prioritisation for the F&B market across Southeast Asia. You will lead end-to-end pipelines from sourcing to CRM integration, collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Product.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled campaigns, data quality, and localised localization for SEA markets. Strong Python capability and experience with HubSpot/CRM automation are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, growth, data, or RevOps roles in B2B SaaS or related field.
• Track record of leading end-to-end projects delivering commercial results.
• Working knowledge of Python to prototype data pipelines and guide engineers.
• Experience with data enrichment, entity resolution and record matching.

Responsibilities

• Own lead data pipeline strategy: sourcing, collection, cleaning, enrichment, matching and deduplication.
• Deliver clean, prioritized leads into the CRM with attribution to deals.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Eng, Marketing, Sales and Product.
• Ensure data sourcing complies with regional data protection laws.
