Job summary

Nexigold Jewellery Sdn Bhd invites applications for an Online Sales Administrator to support daily online sales operations, handle inquiries, and manage orders across multiple platforms.

You will coordinate with warehouse and couriers, maintain product listings, prepare sales reports, and assist with campaigns and live events.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and online platforms.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in e-commerce, online customer service, retail administration, or a related field is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer enquiries and orders across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, website live chat, and other online platforms.
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, stock availability, payments, and order status.
• Process online orders, including sales orders, invoices, payment verification, and shipping arrangements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, branches, courier services, and relevant departments to ensure accurate stock allocation and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor orders from confirmation to delivery, provide tracking updates, and handle after-sales enquiries or customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, customer records, and order documentation across online platforms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly online sales reports and provide administrative support for online sales activities, promotional campaigns, livestreams, exhibitions, and special events.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by Management from time to time.
