Job summary

TRICO NETWORK SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic Management Trainee to support the General Manager in business development, sales operations, and strategic planning. The role offers hands-on exposure in a fast-paced environment within Malaysia.

You will assist finance tasks, follow up on payments, and help manage client relationships while aligning with growth targets and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 year of relevant sales or business development experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to the General Manager by tracking deadlines, reminders, and stakeholder communication.
• Assist in daily finance operations: invoice preparation, payment tracking, and data entry.
• Follow up with clients on overdue payments and support credit control.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support various operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• Monitor news and industry reports to identify potential leads or opportunities in existing and new markets.
• Work with sales team to drive revenue growth by meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets; report sales performance.
• Participate in client meetings, trade shows and networking events to represent the company and expand connections.
• Understand and promote company service offerings with strong product knowledge and industry awareness.
