Titan Force Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive strategic growth, develop client presentations, build stakeholder relationships, and lead integrated marketing campaigns for security services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, public relations or related fields.
• Proven experience in Marketing, Business Development & Public Relations or a similar role.
• Degree or MBA, Master’s in Mass Communication, Marketing or PR or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic service presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to grow service outreach.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and refine strategies.
• Prepare and follow up proposals, quotations, contracts and agreements.
• Represent the company at events, conferences and trade shows to network.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including social media, email and SEO.
• Develop, oversee and optimize marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales and marketing operations.
• Review weekly sales performance and take corrective actions to hit targets.
