Job summary

TENAGA MIGAS Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Account Admin Executive to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations in Selangor, Malaysia. The role focuses on AP, AR, reporting, banking, e-Invoice, and reconciliation to ensure accurate records.

You will assist with month-end closing and preparation of management accounts while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Understanding of full-set accounts and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist with AP/AR activities and month-end closing.
• Prepare management accounts and monthly reports.
• Record bank transactions and monitor cash flow.
• Process e-invoice transactions and maintain ISO docs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax rules.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and banks as needed.
• Support general admin tasks within Accounts & Finance.
