SAIKOR SECURITY TRAINING AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize marketing operations, from technology implementation to lead management and conversion strategies. You will plan and execute email campaigns, in-app messaging, and drive e-commerce bookings while refining the marketing funnel.

Collaborate across departments to improve trial and upsell conversions, design reports on e-commerce activity, and run conversion tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics and Omniture.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement new marketing technologies.
• Lead integration of marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Manage incoming leads and coordinate handoff to sales.
