UrbanMetry is seeking a Junior Sales and Marketing Specialist to grow into the role, proactively matching audiences to their dream home through upcycling real estate. You’ll join UrbanWave, a collaborative, values-driven startup where everyone acts as a project manager to transform houses from purchase to sale.

You will engage with inbound leads, support marketing of upcycled homes, and help tell the story of better homes through content, social media, and experiences.

Qualifications

• Assist in converting inquiries into opportunities and maintain timely follow-ups.
• Qualify buyer intent while maintaining a friendly, non-pushy approach.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote upcycled homes and generate leads.
• Maintain clean, organized records of interactions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage home upcycling projects from purchase to transformation to sale.
• Support the marketing of upcycled homes.
• Reach out to inbound leads quickly and thoughtfully (WhatsApp, calls, email, DMs).
• Qualify buyer intent without being pushy.
• Keep documentation clean: follow-ups, notes, next steps, and outcomes.
• Probe to understand a buyer’s intentions, lifestyle, and concerns.
• Guide buyers through viewings, decision-making, and the path to offer.
• Generate content that showcases UrbanWave’s home upcycling journey.
• Contribute to storytelling reflecting care behind each transformation.
