Job summary

C&F Supply Partners Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Junior Account Executive to join a Mandarin-speaking team. The role covers AP/AR, journal entries, ledgers, and monthly reports, with emphasis on accuracy and long-term commitment.

The successful candidate will support bank reconciliations, budgeting, audits, and tax-related tasks, while maintaining proper filing and documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Business Accounting or equivalent required.
• Fresh graduates welcomed; experience preferred.
• Exposure to SQL Accounting software advantageous.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English for daily communications.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable including journal entries, general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet and P&L.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in accounting entries such as accruals, depreciation, hire purchase, leasing and loan transactions.
• Support cash flow monitoring and reporting.
• Assist in E-invoice and tax-related matters as required.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in audit processes and preparation of audit schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Account Executive.
