- Proactive in identifying online sales opportunities and reporting insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage product information across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor store performance metrics and advertising spend.
- Prepare Excel reports and competitive data.
- Assist in promotions, pricing, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with design, customer service, and warehouse.
- Track inventory and out-of-stock situations.
- Monitor negative reviews and customer inquiries.
- Support Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop operations.
- Be willing to work overtime during major sales events.
