Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder with 5+ years of work experience.
• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, and e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; coaching and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own a category segment within a Product Category (Mall or Marketplace) and work closely with Category Management Lead.
• Oversee end-to-end P&L, growth and customer experience for the managed segment.
• Define and execute the business development/growth strategy for the category.
• Analyse internal and external environment to stay competitive.
• Hire, train and manage a team of Account Managers to grow and manage merchants.
