Deloitte Southeast Asia seeks an Associate/Senior Associate for SEA Strategic Client Program Support. The role focuses on account management, client insights, and reporting to strengthen relationships and drive growth in Southeast Asia.

You will work with Client Service Teams, industry marketing, and internal stakeholders to support account strategies and relations. The role involves coordinating account plans, preparing reports, and developing client materials.

Formación

• A recognized University degree in marketing, business or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of work experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Relevant experience in professional services business development is preferred.
• Confidence to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of research tools for analysis and a general understanding of database technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day management of strategic client accounts with Client Service Teams.
• Maintain account plans, action trackers and stakeholder maps for priorities.
• Prepare and manage account reporting including financial performance and pipeline updates.
• Support business development and client engagement by coordinating follow-ups and tracking outcomes.
• Develop client materials, presentations and briefing packs for pursuits and leadership discussions.
• Contribute to other strategic client program initiatives and cross‑account projects.
