Herb & Fashion Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to join our Kuala Lumpur office. You will drive growth by pursuing opportunities in the pharmaceutical and TCM sectors, building client relationships, and delivering compelling proposals.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in new business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to translate market insights into practical sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development, preferably in pharmaceutical/TCM industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to close deals.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market data and industry trends.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Willing to travel outstation frequently.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the TCM & pharmaceutical industry.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and pitches to secure new business.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the success of your efforts.
