Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a driven professional to join the Digital Wealth team and lead delivery of the Group Wealth Platform initiatives. You will work with local and regional stakeholders to modernise wealth capabilities and customer journeys, enabling seamless end-to-end wealth processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in banking, wealth management or digital transformation roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale wealth platform initiatives or significant business change programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels of an organization.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and cross-market transformation initiatives is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and adoption of Group Wealth Platform capabilities for OCBC Bank Malaysia.
• Act as the key liaison with GWP regional stakeholders to drive alignment, prioritisation and delivery of wealth initiatives.
• Partner business, operations and technology stakeholders to design and implement scalable wealth solutions.
• Drive business requirements, impact assessments, operating model design and implementation planning for wealth transformation initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end implementation activities including design, testing, change management and training.
• Prioritise platform enhancements and ensure alignment with business objectives and regional platform strategy.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on progress, risks, dependencies and decisions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage common Group capabilities and drive standardisation across markets while meeting local regulatory requirements.
• Champion solutions that enhance customer experience and enable seamless end-to-end wealth processes.
