Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business required.
• Minimum 3 years of wealth management or related experience.
• Strong understanding of investment products and markets.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new product development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and launch new investment products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from development to launch and ongoing maintenance.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product enhancements.
• Work with sales teams to develop sales strategies and training programs.
