Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven professional to support customer-focused service delivery and daily operations. You will help meet customer expectations by handling basic tasks, maintaining good relationships, and learning relevant systems and processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and offers opportunities to develop data analysis skills, compliance awareness, and progression within Zurich while contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting systems preferred.

• Achieve all competency and behavior-based objectives and seek role progression or opportunities to develop their own knowledge.

Job Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
