Job summary

CTDK Holdings Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced finance leader to manage full sets of accounts for the Group and subsidiaries. You will oversee monthly closings, financial reporting, and tax planning, while coordinating audits and banking relations. Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and leadership capabilities are essential.

The role covers contracts review, management reporting, and liaison with external parties to support business decisions and strategic growth within the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant working experience in accounting, finance or business development, preferably at the managerial level.
• Proven experience in handling full sets of accounts, financial reporting, month-end closing, taxation, audit and bank reconciliation.
• Experience in managing accounts for multiple companies, subsidiaries or related entities within a group of companies is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation requirements and relevant statutory regulations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities.
• Able to prepare business proposals, financial projections, budgets, feasibility studies and management presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for the Group and subsidiaries.
• Manage monthly closing process, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Review contracts and documents from financial/commercial perspectives; flag implications.
• Prepare weekly payment schedules and assist with banking facilities.
• Coordinate annual tax computations, planning, audits and LHDN matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries and authorities.
• Maintain asset registers, bank reconciliations, and stock counts.
• Provide finance/administrative support for business activities and projects.
