Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee monthly financial accounts, management reporting, and rolling forecasts. You will drive performance in collaboration with commercial management and ensure compliant, timely financial analysis for strategic decision making.

The role requires strong leadership, Big 4 or multinational manufacturing accounting exposure, and the ability to coordinate with tax agents, auditors, and bankers.

Qualifications

• Big 4 or multinational experience in manufacturing accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in managerial role.
• Strong business acumen and commercial sense.
• Driven, sharp, results oriented with solid understanding of business operations and drivers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; team player.
• Commercially oriented with high energy and a can-do attitude.
• Experience in M&A integration would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly financial accounts and management reports.
• Monitor group performance and partner with commercial management to drive financial results.
• Provide timely financial analysis with insights to support management decisions.
• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations for related entities.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS standards, internal controls, and finance manual.
• Liaise with tax agents, external auditors, and bankers.
