Job summary

ZUS COFFEE in Malaysia seeks a Finance Manager to lead the financial closing process and group consolidation functions. You will deliver end-to-end financial reports for entities and the group, ensuring accuracy and robust governance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include coordinating external audits, standardising reporting, and developing executive summaries for EXCO and Board meetings, while mentoring a local finance team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or corporate financial reporting.
• Experience with group consolidation and company-level reporting workflows.
• Experience presenting to executive-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual company-level financial reports for entities.
• Consolidate group-level financials with intercompany eliminations.
• Coordinate external audits at entity and group levels.
• Develop management reporting packs and executive dashboards.
• Mentor and upskill local finance team; conduct performance reviews.
