Job summary

FFM Berhad seeks a corporate EHS professional to support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Group’s EHS framework across 15 subsidiaries at 44 locations. You will work with the Specialist, EHS and Senior Manager, EHS to plan, target, and drive EHS excellence.

Based in Sungai Buloh, the role focuses on maintaining EHS systems, updating policies, and guiding sites to comply with DOSH/DOE requirements while pursuing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OSH or related discipline; SHO course can be an added advantage.
• SHO course recognised by DOSH will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is preferred.
• Exposure to EHS management systems, regulatory compliance, or site-level EHS practices is an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge of OSHA 1994 and EQA 1974.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools.
• Familiarity with EHS Management Systems (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of the Group EHS framework across subsidiaries and locations.
• Assist in EHS strategy planning, performance management, and reporting.
• Coordinate EHS training, communications, and campaigns across sites.
• Assist in achieving ISO 14001 (EMS) and ISO 45001 (OHSMS) certifications.
• Site-level EHS implementation: inspections, risk assessments, and CAPA.
• Liaise with regulators (DOSH, DOE) and authorities to ensure compliance.
