Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking an experienced Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager to oversee end-to-end consolidation, group reporting, and compliance across the group entities in Malaysia. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory adherence for consolidated financial statements, management reports, and statutory audits.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, etc.).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in group consolidation or external audit.
• Deep knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, and group accounting mechanics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation, ensuring accurate intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and financial reporting.
• Ensure group-wide compliance with MFRS/IFRS and Group reporting policies.
• Consolidated annual budgeting, forecasting, and management performance analysis.
• Lead interactions with external auditors and optimize audit timelines.
• Drive reporting automation, system enhancements, and internal control improvements.
• Perform other accounting, reporting, and ad hoc assignments as required by Management

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of consolidated financial statements, management reports, and statutory audits across group entities.

What We’re Looking For
