Graphic Designer ( Sublimation Apparel )

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our sportswear production team. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our custom apparel, specializing in sublimation printed jerseys for sports teams, e-sports organizations, and corporate clients. You will work closely with our sales team to bring client visions to life and liaise directly with our in-house production staff to ensure every design is executed flawlessly from screen to garment.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality, fully customized sublimation jerseys, jackets, and other apparel based on client briefs and sales team input
• Convert approved designs into accurate, print-ready production files. Scale and arrange artwork onto digital garment patterns for various sizing grades
• Work directly with the sales department to finalize client proofs, and coordinate with the production floor (printers, cutters, and tailors) to ensure designs align with manufacturing capabilities
• Generate mockups and marketing assets for client proposals, social media, and catalog presentations
• Review test prints and final sublimated fabrics to ensure color accuracy, logo placement, and overall design integrity match the original proofs

About you

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing sportswear, jerseys, or streetwear
• Expert proficiency in vector-based design software (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple design queues and meet strict production deadlines and KPIs
• Strong communication skills to effectively translate client ideas and provide clear technical instructions to the production team
• Experience or strong interest in sports culture (e.g., football, e-sports)
• Familiarity with using generative AI tools to enhance workflows, generate high-resolution textures, or create stylized editorial mockups
• Performance-driven commission structure, including a direct split on applicable design fees based on KPI achievement
