Job summary

AMALEENA JEWEL SDN BHD is seeking a Graphic Designer Executive to join the marketing team in Nilai. You will create visual materials, maintain brand consistency, and translate our luxury aesthetic into compelling digital and print assets across campaigns.

You should have a diploma or degree in graphic design, 1–2 years’ experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. The role offers a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio in graphic design, photography, videography, and content creation.
• 1–2 years of experience as a graphic designer in branding, marketing or jewellery retail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Excellent understanding of visual design, typography, colour theory and composition.

Responsibilities

• Create and design marketing collateral, promotional graphics, social media content, and digital assets.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design outputs, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate briefs into visually compelling designs.
• Produce high-quality designs for print and digital media including ads, brochures, packaging, and web graphics.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs to achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
• Prepare design files for production and ensure technical specifications are met.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of jewellery products for campaigns.
• Create, film, and edit engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Develop creative concepts that highlight product beauty and maintain brand image.

About the role

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer Executive to join the marketing and communications team at AMALEENA JEWEL SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Baru Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling visual designs that strengthen our brand identity and drive customer engagement across multiple platforms. You will play a crucial part in translating our brand vision into impactful visual communications that resonate with our target audience and support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and design a wide range of visual materials including marketing collateral, promotional graphics, social media content, and digital assets
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design outputs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and visual standards
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise design ideas and translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs
• Produce high-quality designs for both print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, packaging, and web graphics
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve the desired creative outcomes
• Stay updated on current design trends and industry best practices to keep our brand visually competitive
• Prepare design files for production and ensure technical specifications are met for various media outputs
• Support the brand management strategy by creating visual content that enhances brand perception and customer loyalty
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of jewellery products for marketing, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Create, film, and edit engaging video content featuring jewellery products, including promotional videos, product showcases, and social media content such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook videos.
• Develop creative photo and video concepts that highlight the beauty, details, and unique features of jewellery products while maintaining the brand's image and aesthetic.

What we're looking for

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Media, or a related field. Candidates with relevant skills and a strong portfolio in graphic design, photography, videography, and content creation are encouraged to apply.

• 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a brand management, marketing, or jewellery retail environment
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or equivalent tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work, creativity, and technical capabilities
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition
• Experience in creating designs for multiple formats and platforms including print, digital, social media, and packaging
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency and quality standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in brand management is advantageous
• Familiarity with luxury or jewellery industry aesthetics and branding would be beneficial
