About the role

Hforce International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Graphic Design and Marketing Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor.

This is a full-time position with a strong focus on in-house graphic design and visual content creation, while also supporting the company’s day-to-day marketing activities.

We are looking for someone creative, detail-oriented and confident in turning ideas into high-quality visual content across both digital and print channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design background with a good understanding of marketing and brand communications.

What you'll be doing

Graphic Design & Content Creation

Create visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google Business

Design EDMs, brochures, catalogues, presentations, sales collateral and promotional materials

Develop creative assets for product launches, campaigns, events and marketing activities

Edit videos for social media, product showcases, promotional campaigns and other marketing content

Edit and enhance photographs for digital marketing, product presentations, catalogues and other promotional materials

Maintain visual consistency across all visual materials in line with the company’s brand identity

Apply a strong sense of aesthetics, creativity and visual storytelling to produce engaging, high-quality designs and content

Work with internal teams to understand design requirements and turn concepts into effective visual content

Prepare artwork for digital and print production

Liaise with printers, suppliers and external vendors when required

Marketing Support

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media and email channels

Assist with social media content planning, scheduling and engagement

Support product launches, events and promotional activities

Assist with EDM creation and distribution

Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activities and materials are delivered on time

What we're looking for

Qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline

Proven experience in graphic design, marketing design or a similar role

A strong portfolio demonstrating your graphic design capabilities across both digital and print materials

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design software

Experience in video editing for social media, product showcases, promotional campaigns or other marketing content

Proficiency in photo editing and retouching, with the ability to enhance product images and create visually appealing marketing materials

A strong creative mindset and a keen eye for aesthetics, colour, composition and visual storytelling

Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy

Experience creating content for social media, EDMs and printed marketing materials

Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, professional work

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams

Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia

A portfolio is required as part of your application.
