You will produce and edit photos and videos featuring Dapur Mama's food and events, craft short-form videos, develop captions, and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely publishing while upholding brand guidelines. • Create engaging graphics for posters, menus, flyers, banners, social media and promotional campaigns.
• Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Produce and edit photos and videos featuring Dapur Mama's food, outlets, promotions and events.
• Create Reels, TikTok videos and other short-form video content.
• Develop creative ideas, captions and promotional copy for social media content.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar and ensure content is published according to schedule.
• Ensure all designs and content follow Dapur Mama's brand guidelines and maintain consistent brand identity.
• Support marketing campaigns, festive promotions, new menu launches and outlet activities.
• Monitor social media engagement and assist with comments and customer enquiries when required.
• Work closely with the management and outlet teams to gather content and marketing information.
• Ensure all assigned design and content tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
