Job summary

Wevo System Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur's Bukit Jalil office is seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Video Specialist to join our Marketing team in a full-time role.

You will create engaging graphic designs for digital and print media, produce and edit high-quality video content from concept to delivery, and ensure brand consistency across all assets while collaborating with product and marketing teams.

Qualifications

About the role

Wevo System Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Video to join our Marketing team. This is a full-time position based in our Bukit Jalil office in Kuala Lumpur.

Key responsibilities

Create engaging graphic designs for digital and print media, including marketing collateral, social media content, web graphics, and promotional materials

Produce and edit high-quality video content, from concept development through to final delivery, including corporate videos, product demonstrations, and promotional videos

Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs and videos that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives

Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for various projects, presenting ideas and iterations to stakeholders for feedback and approval

Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, ensuring adherence to established design standards and visual identity guidelines

Optimise designs and videos for various platforms and formats, considering technical requirements and audience preferences

Stay current with design and video production trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and innovation of our creative work

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of quality and creativity

What we're looking for

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital and print design

Demonstrated experience in video production, editing, and motion graphics, with examples of completed video projects

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently

Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design practices is desirable

Knowledge of social media content requirements and best practices for digital platforms
