Job summary

BUP Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Graphic Designer (or Senior Designer) to craft compelling POSM materials in a fast-paced environment in Selangor. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Industrial Design with 3+ years (Designer) or 5+ years (Senior Designer) of POSM design experience.

You should be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of 3D rendering tools (SketchUp, KeyShot) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or Industrial Design with 3+ years for Designer or 5+ years for Senior Designer in POSM design or related fields.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of 3D rendering software (SketchUp, KeyShot) is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating POSM or other design work, with a keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop creative POSM materials, including blocks and standees, from initial concept to final production.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and campaign objectives.
• Prepare mock-ups and final artwork, ensuring accuracy and readiness for production.
• Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance in-store promotions.
