Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Graphic Designer/Design Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support marketing visuals across digital and print. You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and create engaging graphics for social media, banners, and campaigns.

The role requires a Diploma in Graphic Design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a portfolio of projects. Mandarin and English communication skills are essential; strong attention to detail is a must.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, and email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with the brand's overall marketing strategy and objectives.
• Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and posters, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring high-quality output for both digital and print formats.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual communication across all platforms and materials.
• Support the design and layout of presentations and other internal communication materials, maintaining a professional and visually engaging aesthetic.
• Assist in photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning, on-set assistance, and post-production editing and retouching.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software updates, continuously improving design skills and knowledge to enhance the quality of work.
