Job summary

Signmastr Advertising in Malaysia is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of relevant experience. You will design signage, advertising materials, and digital content, preparing final artwork and print-ready files for production.

Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop; strong layout, typography, color, and visual composition; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects. Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are required; portfolio is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Graphic Design experience preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of artwork preparation and print production files.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual composition.
• Detail-oriented, especially when checking artwork before production.
• Creative, responsible, and able to manage multiple design projects.
• Able to work independently and coordinate well with team members.
• Portfolio or sample works are required.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese for work-related communication.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic designs for signage, advertising, promotional materials, and other company projects.
• Prepare final artwork and print-ready files for production.
• Check artwork carefully before production to ensure the correct size, layout, resolution, and overall file accuracy.
• Make artwork amendments based on project or client requirements.
• Create engaging designs for social media posts, campaigns, and digital content.
• Develop design concepts and visual layouts based on project requirements.
• Ensure artwork is visually consistent, accurate, and production-ready.
• Coordinate with internal teams on artwork requirements, feedback, and revisions.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain proper organisation of artwork and design files.
