Job summary

JNW PACKAGING SDN BHD in Penang, George Town is seeking a graphic designer to produce color separations in line with pre-press specs and manage pre-press workload to meet schedules. You will liaise with customers when required and prepare, retouch, and inspect final artwork for printing

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or equivalent in Art/Design, with 1–2 years of related experience, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on Mac. Knowledge of offset packaging printing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent preferred; solid industry experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Produce color separation according to pre-press specs.
• Schedule and delegate pre-press workload to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with customers as needed.
• Prepare, retouch, and inspect final artwork for printing.
• Ensure color accuracy and work as part of a team.

Job description

To produce color separation in accordance to pre-press specifications.

Schedule, planning and delegation of production pre-press workload to ensure completion within schedule.

Customer liaison whenever required.

Prepare, retouching andquality inspection on final artwork for printing products.

Requirements:

It is preferred if candidate possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent however solid industry experience will be very well favored.

Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop on Mac.

Required language(s): Bahasa English, Malaysia.

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Jnior Executive specialized in Packaging Printing or equivalent.

Added advantage if you have experience in offset printing packaging industry.

Good eye sight on colors.

Able to multi-tasking and work independently.

Good team player and punctual to works
