Job summary

MONSTR CONFECTIONERY SDN. BHD. in Bandar Baru Bangi is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through packaging, product artwork, and marketing materials.

You will collaborate with marketing and operations, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality visuals under tight deadlines. The role requires a relevant degree and 2–5 years of experience, with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in food/packaging/FMCG.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, creativity, and packaging/product experience.
• Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in packaging design and label creation is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of pre-press requirements and print production processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think conceptually.
• Knowledge of digital design for web and social media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and design packaging graphics, labels, and product artwork for confectionery products that align with brand identity and appeal to target audiences.
• Develop marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements for both print and digital channels.
• Design digital assets for social media campaigns, website banners, and email marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and operation teams to translate briefs into visually compelling designs.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join MONSTR CONFECTIONERY SDN. BHD. in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in bringing our brand vision to life through compelling visual design. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching designs for our confectionery products, packaging, marketing materials, and digital assets. Your work will directly impact how our customers perceive and engage with our brand, making this role strategically important to our business growth and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Create and design packaging graphics, labels, and product artwork for confectionery products that align with brand identity and appeal to target audiences
• Develop marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements for both print and digital channels
• Design digital assets for social media campaigns, website banners, and email marketing materials

What we’re looking for
