Job summary

AMD in Penang is seeking a Graduate Trainee for the December 2026 intake. You will collaborate with Product Development Groups to bring-up and ramp new products, including plan, debug and handling manufacturing and characterization test programs for next-generation AMD microprocessors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++
• Good understanding of Linux, Unix or Windows OS
• Solid understanding of transistors and computer basics

Responsibilities

• Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies during first silicon bring-up
• Post Silicon Bring up of Test patterns leading to optimization for mass production enablement
• Analysis of part failures leading to test improvement
• Test pattern & test flow development, debug, test and characterization
