Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Product Development engineer to collaborate with Product Development Groups on bringing up and ramping new products, including planning, debugging, and handling test programs for next-generation AMD microprocessors.

The role requires accountability for accuracy, reliability, and completeness of assignments critical to project success, with responsibilities spanning validation, post-silicon test patterns, failure analysis, and test flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or comparable disciplines.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Perl, Ruby, shell script).
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix/Windows OS.
• ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test experience.

THE ROLE:

As a Product Development engineer, you will collaborate with various Product Development Groups to bring-up and ramp new products which include Plan, debug and handling manufacturing and characterization test programs for next-generation AMD microprocessors.
