Job summary

Intel in Malaysia is seeking a Graduate Talent Program participant for Software Application Development Engineer roles. You will join a cross-functional Agile Scrum team to develop, test, and sustain high-performance web applications on modern technologies.

This is a full-time, on-site position for fresh graduates or early career professionals. The role emphasizes learning, collaboration with global teams, and delivering practical solutions that enhance quality management and business operations

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS/CE/SE/Data Science or related STEM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for global collaboration.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Foundational understanding of ITIL and DevOps practices.
• Open to a minimum one-year contract-based role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical implementation and operational support for front-end Quality Management Solutions capabilities involved.
• Perform project work including Automation process and/or product hardening.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve system challenges and optimize business operations.
• Document processes, tools, and solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing across teams.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to Quality Management solutions.

As a Software Application Development Engineer, you will develops, tests and sustains high performance web applications on the latest web technologies. Learn from and work with a high performing cross functional Agile Scrum team to deliver critical business solutions that enable business process efficiencies. Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse global teams
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Foundational understanding on ITIL frameworks and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrate strong skills in AI, MCP, Agentic flows, VectorDB, Mean stack development, Software Engineering, Data Engineering and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Candidate is open to a minimum one year contract-based role.
